Fort Worth PoolSmiths designs and builds custom gunite and fiberglass pools for homeowners across Fort Worth. One crew from excavation to equipment startup, with a clear written quote before any dirt is moved.
Pool Installation Options in Fort Worth
We build the two pool types that work best in North Texas soil and climate, sized to your yard and your budget.
Gunite Pools
Gunite offers the most design flexibility for Fort Worth homes, with custom shapes, depths, and features like tanning ledges, beach entries, and built-in spas. The steel-reinforced shell holds up well in North Texas clay soil, and the finish can be plaster, pebble, or quartz.
Fiberglass Pools
Fiberglass pools install faster and work well in tighter Fort Worth yards. The one-piece shell arrives pre-finished, so the build is quicker and the surface resists algae. We handle the excavation, leveling, backfill, and equipment hookup so the pool is set right from day one.
Our Pool Installation Process
From design to the first swim, one crew handles every phase of your Fort Worth pool build.
Design & Permitting
We walk your yard, talk through how you want to use the pool, and design a layout that fits the space. We handle the permitting with the city of Fort Worth so the build is compliant from the start.
Excavation & Construction
We excavate, set the steel and plumbing, and shoot the gunite shell or set the fiberglass pool. We keep the site clean and keep you updated at every phase of the build.
Finish & Equipment Startup
We install the tile, coping, and interior finish, then set up the pump, filter, heater, and automation. We commission the equipment and walk you through how to run your new pool.
Pool Features & Add-Ons
We design and build the features that make a pool feel custom, planned into the plumbing and hydraulics from the start.
Spas & Hot Tubs
We build attached or standalone spas with their own jets and heater, so you can soak year-round in Fort Worth.
Tanning Ledges & Beach Entries
A shallow ledge or beach entry gives you a place to lounge in a few inches of water, perfect for kids and chairs.
Waterfalls & Water Features
We design waterfalls, deck jets, and sheer descents that fit the pool's style and run on the pool's plumbing.
Pool Lighting
We install LED color lighting underwater and around the deck so your pool looks great and is safe to swim in at night.
Automation
We add automation so you can control the pump, heater, lights, and features from a panel or an app on your phone.
Salt Systems
We install salt chlorine generators so the water feels softer and you do not have to handle chlorine tablets manually.
